a little heat from what i have read will soften it up a little and you lay it.... im probly going to order some...its just hard to get past 60ish dollars

This stuff looks cool but for the price.... Its more expensive than real carbon fiber!
1 yard of this stuff is the cost of 4 yards of real carbon fiber or 3 yards and enough epoxy to lay it all down.

im sorry guys, but "carbon fiber" vinyl is and always has been the definition of rice in my book. of course, ive also felt the same way about laying real carbon over metal parts, it just looks poser-ish to me.
i have always thought that rice was trying to make your car look like its something that it isnt or doing something the wrong/janky way just because it was cheaper or easier than the correct way of doing things.
i mean obviously do what you want with your cars (and that phone does look pretty badass), but you will never see me even contemplating doing this with my car.
