    need help ASAP

i have two questions ..i installed my fog lights like a month or so and since then my battery its been draining slowly ...so i notice that its the fog lights harness that its causing this, i know this because i disconnect pin #3 and #5 and leave it like that for 2 hours or so and the battery was normal..so anybody know why is this happening?..

and the other question is that my fog lights dont light up and i dont know why even though i install the harness like the manual except a brown plug that came from harness A that i dont know where it goes.. ..

heres a picture of how it sits under my carpet...

and this the plug that i dont know where it goes...this plug come from harness A that connects harness C

can anybody help me out ...thanks..

remember one (or was it 2) of the accessory plugs holes by the interior fuse panel have constant power at all times. the other is power with lights & the last is power with ignition
