There are two different wheels mentioned in this thread.
An Accord wheel, and the MKII Supra wheel.
Both are in fact 4x114.3.
So no, they aren't different lug patterns.

Sorry to bump up an old thread, but I was looking at Gen5Alive and saw a 5th gen with MKII Supra wheels.
I remembered this thread, and figured I'd post up the pics just to give you guys an idea!
