Why would you need the entire trunk lid? As far as I remember the edm inner tails swap right onto the usdm sedans and the garnish as well.

I don't believe the inner taillights were any smaller.The only difference they had was one being a dummy light(no bulb) and the other having the integrated rear fog light.The license plate garnish is the same size on the outside but is larger in the inside to accommodate the longer but more narrow plate.If that makes sense
