Yes, interior. their cigarette lighter and ashtray goes in the middle console just a few inches away from the shifter. I got a pic somewhere.
Here are a few more things that we didn't get:

Rear Parking Sensors with LCD display & sound
Power seat height adjustment (driver)
Back stiffness adjustment (driver)
Thermometer – inside & outside

There are many differences, search around, youll see.
Exterior-
-nipple less headlights and clear 1 bulb corners,
-adjustable headlights,
-side markers,
-edm only fogs different from usdm and jdm, 90-91 and 92-93 fogs are different also.
-Headlight washers
-thin side moldings
-integrated rear fog light into inner taillights
-Wider license garnish on rear of sedans to accommodate longer more narrow plates.
-insulation on underside of hood.

Thats just the outside, and Im sure there is more this is all I can think of right now.

Yes, It is for the climate control. Makes me wonder where EDM's have the display for the temp???? if they don't have digital climate.
