better than stock... but you will defenitly need to some kind of lowering to get the most out of your new wheels and for looks as well.

lowering should def. be next on the list for you.

lowering and rims are my next priority.
              would these be good??
get these.. get stechs and put them on stock suspension while i save up for some gr2's or yellows. so the ride of the 17's is gonna be better?? wouldnt you feel more on bumps and stuff with the 17's and it has 225/45/17. it'll be ok?

i have 225/45 on my gramlights but i have 215/40 on my C2's and their was still lots of room left so i would assume that you'd be ok...

yea you can get lowering springs until you get the yellows. most people say that lowering springs on stock shocks will wear out the shocks faster than normal, mine are lowered on h&r springs and stock shocks and they are fine... and since your changing them anyways its not a big deal.

                everything you said seems good.

as far as i know... 16 years

but it doesn't matter if your chaning your shocks later anyway. im almost doing the same thing you are, im getting coilovers in January.
