    Painted my valve cover ;)





    I'll post more pics with it on the car in a little while..

    Really nice, looks like you took your time, and it came out great. I wanna do mines white, but my bay is not worthy(as nasty as shit stains dirty) +1 rep foy you meng!

            Thanks guys.. I pretty much took all of the day doing it. Its was hard hand painting the letters on there, but well worth it.. I'm having dinner right now, and then I'll post up some pics of it on the car

                looks good, did you just spray it without any prep? I usually strip mine completely, take off the spark plug mounts, mask off the breather tube and spark plug tube holes and oil filler hole then remove the mounting washers. looks good none the less tho

                      yeah i think he's talking about completely stripping it , and prime blocking it so it's a smoother finish

                        i kinda masked off the breather.. for the spark plug tubes and oil filler tube i stuffed some paper in there. I just used some degreaser and then shot it with BBQ paint, then some crystal clear to make shine

                          Damn!! Thats a really nice one!!

                          i was so close to shaving everything off like yours. I didnt sand it down either so it didnt come out as smooth. Mine was just starting to strip, so i just over it.
