Kia Amanti LED turn signals?

I just thought about this tonight, this car, the Kia Amanti, uses LED signals, basically a 12 inch long LED turn signal in amber that looks pretty cool. Has anyone else thought about doing this, I'm curious...or has anyone done it? I was thinking I could somehow incorporate it inside my bummper turn signals....idk.

yeah i wish I could get a pic up, so people know what I'm talking about lol. haha they're like.....KIA? no way. Funny though, since my name is Kai and I'm thinking about putting stuff from a KIA on. ha.

yeah i just did an AOL search, lol, and then looked all over ebay, still nothing. Apparently they're about 200 dollars EACH new from KIA so that's outta the question.

well you got the LED part right, but I was actually thinking of swapping the whole turn signal assembly from the KIA and somehow fabricate it to fit onto the bumper. Or maybe in the lower part of the grill, near the lip

Oh I see what your saying. you would have to flip'em and take that curve inside the bumper like stock 92/93 signals. Thats great idea. but finding them at J/Y is like finding legend coupe lip

yeah, although the curve is kinda long. Our turn signals are maybe about 12 inches long, these LED ones look to be about 1.5 feet or longer. So i'm just wondering if the LEDs are mounted on a fixed plastic backing or if they're able to be flexible to a certain degree.

Expansive modification / one bumper led turn signal is about US$80~100.
So both (1set) = about US$200. lol!
