How do yo install Yellow Caps in Fogs?

I got mine off a Acura vigor and i install'd them inside my fog lights.

Umm the caps are inside the fogs.

I still wanna put HID's in them, but don't know if they will fit with the caps? If anyone knows can you please tell me. Much appreciation!!
