Ive Been Seeing Them On A Couple Of Cars On Here And Is Just Wondering Are They...or Do You Buy A Certain Bumper With Them On There...also Are They Hooked Up With Low Beams....or On A Switch

Theres also a switch for these lights, but any switch will work.
