What Can We Do To Improve Service?

    Happy New Year

We are always striving to improve our business. With 2008 in the past we are looking to make some New Year's Resolutions for 2009. We want to know what we can do to serve you better. Any suggestions/recommendations you can make will be gratefully appreciated.

    Suggestions can include:
    website design changes
website functions you would want to see
    are our categories confusing
are we missing types of parts you would like to see (not specific parts)
    how is our shipping
are there services you would like to see us offer
    are our emails helpful/annoying
are you interested in knowing more about us
are you interested in knowing what parts we are working on

Anything you can tell us that will help us serve you and make us more successful!

    Only complaint I have are:

Not able to open a product in a seperate window.

    Example:
I want to show someone you offer Tenzo lowering springs.
I have to give them this link:
    http://www.tasauto.com/Product/Browse.aspx?d=1720&p=1
Instead of being able to link them directly to the product.

    1999 BMW M3
    2001 Honda CR-V SE RT4WD
    2005 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71
    2015 Suzuki V-Strom 650

I know you have already begun to do this with brake upgrades, but have a new section or something that shows the parts that are interchangable between the years of accords.
There are no black and white suspension answers!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, I didn't know you could put the part number into the search bar to get the individual result.

Still, it'd be easier to just be able to click on it to get it to open in it's own window.

and if you want to link someone to a specific part number you can also use this link

              http://www.tasauto.com/Product/detail.aspx?s=194004

and swap out the part number at the end

In that case just give us a call and we can create a custom kit that doesn't include all the parts. We do that ALL THE TIME for our customers. Our website can only have so many part numbers and combinations. We already have so many part numbers and so many categories that our customers get lost trying to find what they want. We have access to so many more parts then we have listed on our site, so if you need something don't hesitate to call, pm or email me.

I assume you are talking about the kit from powerslot, in which case it is their kit and I can't just sell part of it.

Also... a lot of people are going 5 lug. Can you guys sell some kind of kit (at least for the rear)...
Our supplier on the Type R grilles is trying to find us more but they haven't found any yet. 5 lug kits have been talked about alot on the forums but what it comes down to is no one wants to pat $1,200-$1,500 for all new 5 lug parts.

We currently sell a few types of intakes. If you want a nice intake with a bypass AEM is the way to go.

We have an entire thread dedicated to part ideas.
