i have a custom flage i bought that slides in the 02 housing bolt holes to fit. i just dont feel like paying a garage near by 150+ for all the work, when i got a welder at home. if you could make me the pipe, that would be awesome!

does your flange replace the o2 housing or does it go up to where the dsm o2 housing ends?

I am interested in a 2.5" exhaust as well currently I have:

H22a
T3/TO4E turbo
2.5 downpipe to my 2.25" Yonaka catback
stock 02 sensor...but my O2 sensor is disabled
external wastegate
custom manifold

Are you able to make an exhaust for this?

There's no possible way you could make a downpipe that will be a simple bolt on by only knowing which turbo and wastegate type they're using.

you gota factor in if they have a/c, p/s and which type of manifold.

of course i could, i will just need some measurements.
where does your current 2.5" dp end at? i will make it from there back to where your muffler should go.

well he told me what type of manifold, and being that the dsm setup is quite common one and that a 2.5" downpipe is not very hard to work around the ps and ac, but thanks for your concerns.

DSM setup is one thing.

I'm just warning people to not expect for your products to be a simple bolt on and to fit perfectly because there's no way it will unless you are there to measure for yourself.

This is not saying your products suck or you suck.

oh i totally understand

well i have a lot of turbo's and manifolds that i mock up on my cb7, so i can get it pretty close, but being the nature of after market turbos sometimes things may not always line up. But try to get everything as close as i can.
