This hasn't been approved by Bisi yet, has it?
Probably best to wait until Bisi approves this before you start advertising.

It is true that Bisi have not approvel this yet. However, if we spread the word that there is a possibility of a camshaft group. People will start posting here and mostly like Randy will get Bisi's approval!

randy said to start this to see if there is a real want for this, this is NOT a group buy. it is a test to see if he is just waisting his time at all.

im sorry i REALLY sorry if i made it sound like this was anything other

C'mon, 8ball you have to be a little more realistic than that. There is no way they will knock off nearly $100 and give you a free gasket.

            Cam ($249) + Springs ($159) + Gear ($135) = $543.00 and this is without shipping or taxes.

sorry dude i know im not bisi or even randy but 400 was just for the cam and cam gear PLUS i did an estimate of 6% which is GENEROUS. i doubt we will get that, but you have to remember bisi's parts are TOP quality. dont expect to pay chump change.

              a bisi cam gear $135.
              a bisi cam $249.
              a bisi cam core $100.

thats $484 and $384 with out the cam core.

adding $159 for valve springs brings the total to $643. not including shipping. so just remember that before trying to ask for all that for under 460.

Your thread is titled "Cam Multi buy"
So what is your definition of that exactly?
I think you should explain it to everyone a bit better before everyone gets interested then finds out the tables turn at the end.

Not being rude, but this is how these problems happen, and vendors get upset - The info being given in the first place isn't complete.

If Randul knows about this deal, then hopefully he will chime in sooner rather than later.

I second that statement which is why I haven't commented yet even though I originally championed this idea and have been slipping comments to Randy all summer.(Not to brag or anything). There should have been an official "green light" before posting this thread, no reason to get hyped up for nothing. Furthermore, like several other members said, and it is my opinion as well; at $250 a pop for an F22 cam, I really don't know how much more discounted you can get. My original plan was more geared for the H22 owners who normally have to shell out somewhere close to $2000 to get a sniff of performance this good. But obviously that's for them to decide.

Just an idea, but maybe you should close this thread. Its currently a bit too messy and will just lead to more confusion. This will allow cb7_with_snail to organize his thoughts and then he can create a new more organized thread.

This hopeful group buy/group discount is a cool idea, but at this rate it will fizzle out before it really gets a chance to go forward.

If this does go through with him, I would definitely be interested in the 1.2 w/core and gear

Like I said previously, if you guys want this I will help facilitate it.

The issue I am seeing, which is what always happens, is that getting cams in on a timely manner is always the biggest pain in the butt! With that in mind, I will support you guys however possible but keep in mind that there are definitely going to be some hurdles!

Your right bro I forgot about the core. Maybe you can go onto other forums that run F series and see if theyd be down for a buy in as well.

Here is my current thought everyone,

Again, I am whole heartedly down to help you guys out with this, without a doubt I am down to support you guys because you guys have had my back! With this in mind there are some things that I want to push forward to you guys:

-Cores: would you guys rather purchase cores or send yours in? I can see a headache of getting cores in within a reasonable amount of time/organized manner

-Cam Level: considering what you guys want to do we need to narrow it down to make 2 choices at best, so I am thinking a level 2 and level 2.3, considering that these are the same prices it makes it easier for both you the end user and us the manufacturer!

-Gear,valvetrain, Intake gasket: I know that there was some interest for other items, with this in mind the thing I would suggest considering what is wanted to be done would be the valvetrain and then I could work something
