Misfire

my car been misfiring for a while now the engine is bucking all the time i just got a full tune up fuel service only thing i need to do is replace the fuel filter and the car makes like a blowing sound idk but wat u think is causing it to misfire

When you say a "Full" tune up, what do you mean?
What was replaced?

i got new spark plugs wire disc cap rotor filter oil change

First thing is make sure your plug wires are where they are supposed to be...

If the "blowing sound" you're hearing sounds like it could be air blowing back up into the intake, you might want to do a compression test after you verify that the plug wires are in the right places, and the timing is set to spec.

i got the misfiring part fixed my intake manifold was clogged

I was hoping it was something interesting. Alas, it was not. Just Carbon Build-up. it must have been REALLY bad to have caused misfiring though.
