ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    Magnaflow Exhaust Owners: Cost?

    hey,

this is for anyone that owns or has owned a magnaflow exhaust kit. i was wondering how much you paid for the kit and where or who you bought it from. feel free to include a mini backstory of how you scored your magnaflow if you wish. there are no magnaflow dealers where i live, and the cost for shipping a magnaflow exhaust kit from the U.S. to Guam is an enormous P.I.A. no joke.

    -thanks alot

I got the above pictured cat-back from a local muffler shop who offered me the best blend of price and delivery. I ended up paying $600CDN, but that was for same day service.....

Another shop could've gotten it for me for $480, but they needed 5 days to get it, and my car wasn't exactly driveable at the time (old stock exhaust had rotted out right before the resonator.......loud)

For the difference in price compared to not being able to use my car for about a week, it was a no brainer. But if you had the luxury of waiting, I could see getting this system for as little as $450 around these parts........and well worth it too! Fitment is beautiful and teamed with the F22A4 header it just purrs. I now have it attached to the F22A1 manifold and its actually louder as well as slower.........Manifolds FTL

I paid about $300 for the full stainless catback. I bought from autopartswarehouse.com... dont do it. Fuckers are a PAIN IN THE ASS to deal with. IF you have to send something back... send it with a confirmation number. If you dont, you wont get any $ back.

I have the system and I like it. I also have the magnaflow high flow cat... no flanges on it which leads to annoyances. I'm bolted from header to down pipe. from down pipe to flex to cat to resonater I'm welded, then bolts beyond that. I figured SS is the way to go... maybe it'll survive the salt a bit longer. It is a bit oddly colored now though. Meh.
