ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

If you drop your car 1-1.5", you'll probably only need to get an alignment done. If you drop anything around 2" and up, you're going to need to get a camber kit to align the car properly so you don't chew up the inside edge of your nice expensive tires.

Cant do that here bro, but it never hurts.
Many people have lowered their accords, some up to 4 inches if you really wanna slam the ground, Look on peoples profiles with rims/lowering kits, and see what kind of options you have... in the mean time, i have to go wash my hands cause im tying with grease all over them :P
Many tire sizes will vary, the wider you go, the taller it will sit, the lower you can possibly go, but keep in mind, lowering your car on old suspension is NOT a good idea, getting some bushings first and doing that would be a great precaution.

slick ride, is that yours? If so, drop it 1.5 inch front, 1.75 rear. it will make it look really agressive.

Is that what it turns into!? :O

last night we droped my 92 ex coupe 2" in the front and 1.75" in rear. DIdnt work out my tires int the rear rubbed like a bitch great ride but when i turn the weight in the rear flexes to much and it rubs. my tires are 215 60r 17's so i think that is the problem i can only fit about a pinky inbetween the tire and guard. "not good"

you should be running a 40-45 series tire on a 17" wheel... 215/45/17

you need to drop a good 6" to reach ground... a basic 2" drop is perfect for street.

You dont have to get an alignment all the time. Some people can correct how the wheel sits by changing the offset of the tire they purchase so it sits flush.
