ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

4-1 goes from 4 tubes off your motor into 1, 4-2-1 goes from 4 tubes to 2 tubes to 1 tube. I would go with 4-2-1 for a street use car, more usable power and way easier to find. Like the others have said get a DC header, or go Megan, which is a cheaper alternative, but has the same design.

If you have the f22 engine you can go with the DC sports ceramic header, Megan Racing SS, there are also some kamikaze headers around the $400 price range,.... or you can wait a little while longer and go for the Bisimoto header, which I'm pretty sure will make your all-motor project much more worth while, but it will also cost you a bit more ~$700, 4-2-1(street) Mid RPM's, 4-1(race) High RPM's... good luck with your project man, car looks fast ..lol

                        1. As mentioned how far are you wanting to go NA

                        3. Read up on Hondafan81 builds. He's the main guy so far that has pushed the limits to his f22a NA form other than Bisi.

DC sports isn't really worth the money IMO. you can get pretty much the exact header from megan off of ebay for ~$150ish. Now having said that you can also get a EX header off of a car in the junk yardfor like $25 and get almost the same amount of performence out of your car (maybe a HP or so less)..

Now, if you really want to make REAL POWER from your F22 I'd highly suggest holding off on the header untill you are sure what your end goal is. I think bisimoto will be your best bet as far as headers go. Bisi is also one of the only players in real F series engine tuning.

So read up. you'll thank me later
