ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

If you want only one inch, go for eibach pro kit. trust me, I use to have them. it looked almost stock height. so I am using h&r springs now. still have no problems with dips. where you from??

Tein H-Tech on Tokico HP (Blue) dampers will give you 1.75F and 1.5R.

its a great ride if you also upgrade ur sway bars.

when you say upgrade my sway bars, are you talking about those thicker aftermarket ones or a Vigor swap at least?

                  Tokico HP struts+springs go for ~350 shipped to your door;
my car is 1.0-1.4" lower with them and the car is a few hundred pounds lighter than it was stock.
IMO it is a great deal, especially if you need to replace your stock struts

i think its like .75-1.25 inches for the tokico springs. And they carry a lifetime warranty as long as you dont go lower than 1.75 i think.

Neuspeed SofSport Springs- 1.0--1.25in drop. I have never run them but it's worth looking into.

                          http://www.racingworks.com/neuspeed_softsprings.htm ($159.96)

I have never dealt with these people though.

Yeah, that's what they claim but it ended up being a little over an inch on my car.

The best place to get pics of different setups would be the Members Rides section. People aren't going to waste their time re-posting pics when all the details are already there!

A 1 inch drop will be nearly undetectable. Not bad, but you won't really look lowered. 1.5-2" is much more noticeable. Quality springs, along with good struts, will give you a great ride. I had H&R Sports before I switched to H&R Race. With the Sports, I had KYB AGX shocks. The ride wasn't great. I now have Koni Yellows with the Race springs, and the ride is actually better. I would say for a more modest drop and a smooth ride, H&R Sport and Koni Yellows would be a great way to go.
