ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

I dont think it would be worth the effort, since compression is already high in the H

well ya dont have to upgrade the fuel setup until your doin over 300 hp.
but yes you'd have to modify the h22 to acoomidate boost.

either it be pistons and rods.

or as far as sleeving the block,

and throwing truck turbo on there to handle 100lbs of boost

      nah i keed

You will need to upgrade your fuel pump and injectors. And while you at it change your fuel filter.

that sounds about right too, and if your running it stock just make sure your engine is upto date on all maintainence intervals, and get a proper tune.

                poor tune = oil spillage
good tune = a big maybe
                great tune = alotta fun

Question is...if you're going to boost, the fuel system is probably the cheapest upgrade you have to do, so why wouldn't you do it?

depends on which h22 you have as to the nature of how you tune for boost... the h22a from japan has a very high compression ratio so it can't take any boost on the factory internals... the h22a1 from america is better suited for a light turbo factory internal build it has a lower compression ratio so it can take a little boost it would probably be ok if you put colder range plugs in it and a few small things you say you only want around 6 psi which would work great with the h22a1 in fact you shouldn't need to do anything to the fuel pump just get higher flow injectors and reflash the computer make sure you put a new fuel filter in and everything should work great it should even keep a little reliability but the gas mileage will go way down so be forewarned turbos eat gas...
back to do it again... no flipping of accords this time!!!

Hit me up with techy questions if i don't have an answer i can get an answer...
