ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Did they even know the problem before changing that stuff...Sounds like the type of mechanics that just change shit where they think is the problem. Then when it still fucked up they dunno whats goin on. But sure whichever works. If you want a change or something that would be a good way to go but it is an old car and problems are going to surface thats the great part about owning an old car.

Yup, I understand. Mine is sitting in front of my house because it needs a new dizzy (just that cap and rotor, I think). It runs though. But I will sell it for the right amount, and buy what I really want. A manual CB7. But as long as there is no buyers, I guess I have to keep it. It's cool though. Good luck on your decision. The Lord watches over me!

How does it die? Does the motor cut off, or do the lights flicker and fail first? Or does everything just click off?
Check your grounds, replace your main relay, check your distributor cap and rotor, trace your wires looking for anything exposed that shouldn't be.
If the battery cables were replaced, and everything there was cleaned, my first thought goes to the grounds.

well here the whole story.i know some people dont care but oh well.i got my cb7 a year ago.after i got it .my battery light starts to appear when i drive for half and hour or when i go into maybe 3000 rpm and above.then it started to die on me after that.i got a new alternator and a new battery and it was ok for a while then it started again.and again i buy a another alternator and buy new terminals (gold plated).now every time i have to jumpstart it and it only last about 5 minutes before the radio turns off and everything starts to dim.then the car starts to choke.then finally it dies.

Would it be as costly as all the mis diagnosis on your car already? Might as well get it to HOnda and get it diagnosed right the first time instead of constantly throwing money at it.
