ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Chipped P06 Prices

Ok So This Question Is For The Cb7 Veterans.how Much Would U Pay For A Chipped P06. The Reason I Ask This Is Because A Guy On This Forum Who Purchased My Motor From Is Sellin Me An Ecu,but He Sounded Kinda Shady When He Said The Price,so I Just Wanna Hear Ur Price Ranges First.

    Thank U

pm MRX, d112crzy they usually chip ECU on here. They can range from 130-140 or so depending on person. I dunno how much MRX/D112 sell for.

He's not looking for one to buy... he found one... he just wants to know a fair price, so he knows he's not getting screwed. He's a beginner, so he's not allowed to buy or sell on here yet anyway. Please don't encourage that.

$150-$200 is the usual going price for a chipped ECU. Some sell cheaper. On Ebay, they can go as much as $250. I personally would never pay that much! I paid about $145 TOTAL for my ECU, chipping, and tuning.

You can find p06 really cheap. What your talkin about are p28 prices. I bought my virgin p28 for 145 on ebay then another 40 to chip.

I've seen P06s going for that price in the past. P28s are more common in that range, though. The funny thing is that you can turn a P06 into a P28.

Yhea too bad I found that out later after I bought it but oh well. Junkyards are the easiest places to find p06.

                  Who'd you get it from?

$100 is a good deal if it works.
