ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Sounds like the rear engine mount is shot, fubared, or not bolted...
Engine temperature sensor is probably not plugged in,(this is your hard start)
Possible drivers side cv joint is fubared,
Vss might not be plugged in either,
For some reason i think the firing order is fubared too,
      possible vacuum leak,

Hard to diagnose from here. Which engine? F22?Take some pictures of the plugs if you can.

one of those plugs does look like the VSS. I think there are two of those plugs that look exactly the same. So check if the VSS is plugged in. If not plug it with the regtangle one with 3 pins. If it is switch the plugs.

Does your fan work right? Looks like the ECT sensor, and the thermo switch(green plug). The other plug i dont know. The ECT plugs into the head. Since thats not a f22A its hard to tell. try both of those grey plugs into the ECT sensor and see what happens.

Now that i look at that your gonna end up having 2 plugs that are not used since u have the msd ignition, we're just gonna have to figure out how to hook it up.
Hopefully Code 6 is gone since we plugged the thermostat housing plug and the one under the distributor in.

From the looks of it all thats needed now is:
                  Wiring up the MSD correctly
                  Hooking up all the vaccum
                  And connecting the VSS

Heres the thread about the H23 manifold, the original pics aren't there, but there are diagrams and pics on other pages.

Also i asked my friend about the VSS he told me you have to remove the cold air intake in order to get to it, but it does connect to the tranny.

ok thought so...well taking of the CAI is not problem for the vss .....yea the code 6 should be gone...i talked to my friend about the MSD and he said its fine pluging the way it is.....The MSD cap doesnt matter because it doesnt delete that one thing unless it goes through the grey box ............

yea if i could get the vacuums it should be good. Than ill get it on lift and do that motor mount.. Also fixing the valve cover so it doesnt leak.

hmm, it sounds like mostly everything is hooked up.

I dont know shit about MSD, so i wouldnt be able to help you out there.

For vacuum, spray carb cleaner, or some kind of soapy water around all the hoses, and if you hear the motor change "tone" then youve found the leak. Use carb cleaner to be on the safe side.

For the VSS its self explanatory if its the plug. If not i would be too
