Damn.... Well i got my quoted at 261$ with rust repair done, patched, and primered, all i need to do myself is paint it... think thats a good deal?

Can i get a thumbs up or down on this.... btw, im doing the painting myself, on my front driveway, everything covered, and blast off! with a one time use 15$ cheap sprayer... or a custom high pressure can :P

If you don't care about your paint job potentially coming out poorly, then thumbs up. A booth is used because even if you box your car op outside, durt ans stuff will still fly around. So take my thumbs up with a grain of salt.

i have a saying, do it once, do it right. if your going to go out and actually paint your car, why not spend some extra time, save money, get a booth and not have it turn out like shit.

The thing is, i dont have ALL the materials to cover the car, or the money to get a booth, The car itself, cant get a paintjob until all the rust is taken care of (should be done come spring time, im going to do a bit this weekend) But i just want it black... and i mean black enough that it resembles, we have a local dealer (RONDEX) been around a long time, they sell cans that do the same stuff... high pressure paint with 2X gloss, or custom make... If and when i do the whole car, its not going to be stock black anymore, im putting it midnight pearl blue/metallica black cover... i think its gonna look really nice, but yeah.. thats me...
