ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    pep-boys "universal" radiator

I had to buy a new radiator from pep-boys today and It has oil lines for i am guessing transmission lines. Thing is that i don't have an auto my cb7 is a 5 speed. I took the radiator back to the store and there computers showed this radiator for both auto and 5 speed they basically told me it was universal anybody else ever heard of this?

I never really had to buy a new radiator, but in your case you would just ignore the transmission cooler. It might even be good to block the ports off so water can't get in and rust it out.

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

oh ok so it doesn't need to be a pressurized fitting, just the little rubber caps that it came with.

That is for the transmission cooler. Auto transmissions pump the fluid through there. No fluid passes through there, so just leave those capped.

Here is what i am wondering about this....

If all of them have the Auto tranny Cooler, and that means all of them are only half radiators really.

Do they make ones that the whole radiator is used for coolant cooling and not tranny fluid cooling,

I feel like im getting robbed of cooling power, lol

I was thinking the same thing! The tranny cooler isn't all that big, though. Certainly not half the radiator. I think there are some that don't have the tranny cooler, but I'm sure they're not the cheapie ones you'll get from an autoparts store.
