h22a for some accord rims?

dude wnt to swap my 8 balls painted volk bronze for his h22a head and h23 block nothing else. should i do it? can i just pop it in?

h22a/h23a frank drops right in but requires modification.

There are enough other parts you need. And I would take seals and everything else into consideration if you plan on getting it. It depends on what comes with the head and block.

but i do have a ? i dont want to start another thread. if i ge an h22 motor do i have to get its tranny or can i save money and use mine? i read that it drop right in easy same every thing from our accords incluing the enigne mounts

lots of people use their own since the f gears are longer than the h22. I heard you have to drill a hole bigger but I don't know how true that is

Take the motor, sell the rims. Sell the motor. Buy a full H22 that you can be confident in.

You'll get more for the motor than you would the rims.

the only bad thing about f22 tranny is the gears are longer so your not going to get the same acceleration as an h22 tranny
