Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    H22 Fuel Injectors Help!

    im looking to upgrade my fuel injector's since a few of them are leaking and gone bad. so i am wondering is it safe to get 450cc injectors or just stick with another set of stock ones. I read that if you get larger injectors it will be harder to keep the engine idling correctly and they can also cause you to run richer. Well, i have a NA setup, so would i need to get a fuel press. reg? a bigger fuel rail?. and what adjustments should i make?..im not and dont plan on running any boost. any help, thoughts, or plain truth would be appreciated.

      bigger injectors mean more fuel so youll prob have to upgrade your regulator fuel rail and ECU

        go w/ stock ones again...

        UNLESS you have BIIIG plans and have a friendly tuner that'll make a good running map for you w/ those big injectors, don't...

        you car with 450cc injectors would run PIG RICH and be lucky if you can even get on your car hard w/o blowing black smoke all over the place and back-firing like a mo'fo'

          A stock or mildly modified H22 won't need bigger injectors, so go with the stock size. If you plan on going turbo (not a great idea on an H22, IMO), or some REALLY wild NA stuff (high compression, big cam, big bore, lots of headwork), then you'll need bigger...


          More fuel doesn't mean more power. More fuel is just needed when you make more power.
