Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

    SRT-4 Turbo Setup on a CB7

I know that the SRT-4 Turbo setup and engine setup is the same as an eclipse gst/gsx. The only difference is the the SRT-4 engine is backwards compared to the eclipse. My question really is, Is it possibles the the SRT-4 uses the 14b/16g turbo? Cuz I'm wanting to buy the turbo setup cuz my friends is sell the parts on it cuz the car is totaled the engine is still good.

The manifold and everything has to be different dude, 2.2 is the accord, 2.0 is the eclipse, now the dsm setup luckily fits are 2.2 hondas, but i believe that 2.4 litre setup is not gonna a eclipse or a honda, plus the srt-4 is a way different motor from the eclipses

You can use the boost gauge but even if you could that turbo is so small! And yes the manifold and turbo are one.

Yea the turbo is too small to worry about. And the 14b and 16g turbos are diff from each other. Just look for a big 16g and call it a day IMO. 14b are easier to find and usually cheaper but can run a certain amount of boost efficiently before it starts turning into a hairdryer.

The SRT-4 engine has absolutely NOTHING to do with Mitsubishi. The turbocharger is a Mitsubishi turbo, but I think that's where the connection stops.

Very true. Any intercooler can be used, as long as you can make it fit!

The turbo can probably be used, but you'll have to find a flange to fit. The engine is a 2.4L, so the turbo is plenty big enough for the F22. It MIGHT fit on the DSM manifold, but I wouldn't count on it. Just because it's a Mitsubishi turbo doesn't mean it's interchangeable with other Mitsu parts.

Yank the motor and put it in the CB7 Blasphemy, but it'd make some nice power!

I think you have to tilt the SRT4 intercooler. I remember seeing someone running one on here was it chessboxer? I forgot.
