ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

you dont need to not have a life to do a swap especially the h22 swap. how long did the shop have it? how long has it been down since? how much longer will the car be down. you cant drive it with open exhaust ports. if you did it yourself it would take maybe 2 weeks if you knew nothing at all. people on here like cpmike can do a swap in under 8 hours and have it run right.

a car is not a mystery. mechanics are not gods. most of them are morons from my experience. most of the members here probably know more about the cb7 than any mechanic out there. stop acting so helpless and grab a wrench. people here will gladly help but its damn annoying to tell you what you need and then tell you what it will cost. not many people on here know what it will cost because they just do it themselves. if you arent willing to do it yourself then you should be prepared to spend a lot of money because thats what its going to cost. buy a book and spend a little time. you seem like a smart kid. there are people on here that cant seem to figure out how to work a keyboard and they can do an engine swap. your already ahead of the game
correction. I did know about the engine swap. I could have done it myself but without the proper tools like an engine hoist it is quite difficult wouldnt you agree?? Im sorry I dont have alot of money to spend or alot of time to be reading about how to fix my car but i do have a life that is a lil more interesting. I do apologize if its getting annoying to you to help people like me, but i must say nobody made you click this topic right? so it is your choice. Dont down my decisions since your only talkin negative. I'll handle this problem without negative imput, Concerning that matter.

im not talking negative. im helping. your the one saying oh i dont have time to do this. an engine hoist is 120. how much was your install? my negative 'imput' is only because every time you ask a question you follow with 'how much will it cost to have it installed?' if your going to pay someone to install something just freakin ask them. if they dont know the right part you need they probably shouldnt be installing it anyway. i see you dont care to take my advice which is probably the best advice in this thread. im sorry to hear that.

You are giving good advice. Just your tone. Im gonna try and install everythin myself and when its ready Ill make sure to show everyone. When I started this thread it was about more than just my exhaust manifold, its about all the other tuning questions as well tryin to get it diagnosed not how much to install everything. You should read the thread again.
