ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

if i buy two used for the rear

and buy one new for the front
and put the rims with the new tire on the front

                ?

or should i wait till my steelies wear out
and buy all new tires? or what?

Depends how you want your stance, On a 15 in wheel ill go 205-50.

if not a 195-60 thats wat i have now.

But for my own personal use, ill get a 205-45. hard to find but they r out there.

I would say wait and get all 4 new tires. you will be happier with the end result. I have 205/55/R15 BFG touring T/A's. got em for i think 55 a tire. Im very pleased with them. I do however have 4th gen rims and the 205 is almost too wide for the rim. no rubbing though.

I bought two new tires for my 92 DX two years ago. I left the rears, because they weren't "that bad"

Yeah... Get new tires all around.

                        on for a while

then earn up and buy 3 new tires and mount them

im looking for a newer car in the future since i ALWAYS had alot of problems with
                        cb7s

since you can't connect the check engine thing

                        but yeah

if i keep my ex rims couldn't i buy a 96 or 97 honda accord
                        and put them on that?

what do ya thing about 5th Gen accords?

I've always felt the CB Accord was the best body style with the 92-93 being my all time favorite. I think that even though this car is 15yrs old, it doesn't look as old as other cars that came out in the same year.

I prefer CBs over CDs (5th gens), but they're very similar. And yes, you could put the rims on that... they came from a 5th gen, afterall! If I ever got a newer Accord, it'd probably be a 6th gen coupe. Of course, I'd want the V6, and I'd eventually put a 6 speed J32 in it
