ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

You would need the EX governor to bypass this as others said,
and also keep in mind.....
I believe the EX had better tires on it so if you would get the ecu
I would prolly reccomend V rated tires because the stock tires that are on the lx and dx would prolly blow out at 130. And if you bypass the limitor also make sure your car is capable of handling that type of speed.
If you do do this,
Be careful and dont do it around others please.

You'd need a PT6 ECU out of an Accord 90-93 EX with a F22a6 engine.
Those don't have a top speed governor. Though, the F22a6 does have different headers, intake manifold, and camshaft(or so I've heard) that make up to a 15 horse power difference from the F22a1 engine of an Accord LX/DX. Not sure if you'll ever get to 130mph with a stock LX/DX with a PT6 ECU.
Oh by the way, the P12 out of a Prelude S 92-96 does have a top speed governor... or so I've heard. Though, if you have done simple modifications such as Headers, Cold air intake, and Exhaust, this ECU will help you get the most out of your F22a1 engine.Accord 93 LX: H23 intake mani, Ebay short ram, P12 ecu, Full exhaust. Lots of noise... and that's about it, just noise. LOL
Mazdapeed MX-5 04: Begi Intake, Forge BOV, Ebay FMIC. Whoooooooosh... Phhhff!

Anyone confirm on the P12 having a governor? I am curious as well since I'll be swapping in the a6 intake manifold and a4 headers and such....If the P12 will milk a lil more power I still think I'd go that route, but it would be nice not to have a governor if possible.
