ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    The G22

I was just woundering if i put a H23 head on the F22 do anyone make after market headers or turbo kits for the H23 or does all the F22 parts fit the head and cam also?

    #2
an aftermarket header off an f22 fits and bolts up well, they do have turbo manifolds for the h23. don't think they make complete turbo kits u would have to custom fab charge pipes and stuff. One is dual cam and the other single so ofcourse the cams don't fit.

H23 cams will not fit on your F22.. H23 is a DOHC motor, where the F22 is SOHC.. Try looking in the swaps section.. I dont know for sure but I would think there would be something on Head swaps..

EDIT: and there should be plenty of aftermarket parts of the H23 being as that was a stock motor in quite a few Ludes.. Later

How much would a H23 head cost from the junkyard (just a ball park figure), cause i

know a pick and pull junkyard that is really cheap hope they have preludes there.

What all do i need to get besides the head and cams?

I believe the H23 VTEC went into the 1997 Accord SiR in Japan.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Theres a quite abit of aftermarket parts for the h23a1, cams are availab;le of course crower like stated above, web cams which is what i was running, i think bisimoto is doing custom regrinds as well last time i spoke with him. the f22 parts fit the h23, but not the jdm f22 dohc, only the sohc f22. Pretty much have to piece together a turbo kit tho, theres alot of options tho just depends on how much your tryin to spend, Good luck man

to put a g-series together takes some work you will need h23 timing belt and lower timing gear f22b1 head gasket out of 97or newer accords part of the h23 water pipe this is a nutty setup but runs well there is a big write up on honda-tech.com i built a g-series (h22head-f22bottem end) for boost and its nasty
