I need some Help.. on my car

My honda

1991 honda accord ex
-5 speed
-new clutch


has some problems i want to fix

1. Revs itself while in neutral
from like 1.5k rpm to like 2.5k rpm
it does this repeatedly until in gear
i don't know what's wrong with it
any ideas?

2. in the Mornings it's Hard to Start the Car
it takes it like 3 or 4 tries until it barely wants to
turn on and once it's warmed up it will work perfectly
until the next morning...any ideas?

That's kinda like ALL the problems
other than some body work and other
stuff

i love my car and i don't want to have to sell it
because it's unsafe or not fitting up to my needs
so i really to fix it but im not an expert

so i need some help

first clean the throttlebody take the FIV off and clean that, same with IACV

check for vacuum leaks too

Alot of people tell me it's a vacuum leak

i do hear a little hissing sound but i can't seem to find the hose or whatever

im going to take it to a mechanic i guess to find the hose and replace it



but i still can't figure out the HARD to START Mornings

the hard to start thing might just be your battery. check all your ground connections.

there is many things that it could be .. once in a wile my car has a problem starting and i reserched it ..and forun out that are cb7s ahve a fule relay switch that can be a bitch some times ..

but ..it could also be the grounds ...or if lasly ..and sadly to say ,..you might need a new fule punp..when they get old and start to die ..thay tend to loose fule presher and then they have to try and bild it back up in the morning..and it takes a few mins.. wich would be why it talkes 3 - 4 time..or how ever many times you said ..

well thats just some ideas for you to look in to... hope you get it fixed!!!

The Battery is new
so is the alternator

maybe the fuel pump
or check the grounds

but yeah

and like all diffrent tires
im trying to get all the same
but it's hard

Clean your battery cables. Dirty connections will make even a new battery not work properly.

Also, your igniter or ignition coil could be going bad.

The Battery Connectors are clean so i thikn that shouldn't be a problem

I cleaned the IAC Valve thing and it works PRETTY GOOD

but it didn't fix my Idleling problem
