Ok, so I've got a little civic hatch (93 cx) with a B18c1 swap, and i'm planning to make it faster and want to get some advice from anyone who has some good ideas.
It's pretty quick when it's running right, although right now it does a bit of sitting cuz funds are tight, which will be changing soon.
I've already got a bunch of these parts, but the setup I'm gonna go with as of now is
Already has I/H/E (VERY loud E, a couple people on the forums here know it)
Skunk2 Stage 2 Cams
Adjustable cam gears (I wanna do somethin different, advancing the exhaust and retarding intake because I heard some horror stories about valve to valve clearances)
Skunk2 valvetrain setup (retainers, springs, etc)
Wiseco high compression pistons (somewhere between 11.8 and 12.25)
I'm going to resleeve the block with reinforced sleeves to handle the higher compression,
Crower or Eagle rods, arms
I've had a few thoughts about other stuff, and wanna know what u guys think about nitrous, the possibility of a stroker kit, itb's, etc? I'd appreciate any insight into how well nitrous or a stroker would go with the other work, because I have most of the other parts waiting for install, and am currently driving the car as a mostly stock GSR hatch, which does pretty well against the other cars around town :-D but I've gotta keep up with my brother's talon, and my friend's wrx, both on turbo upgrades
