ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Whats the best DSM Manifold for turbo setup???

From what I have been reading the 2g mani flows better then the 1g. One of my question is does this matter for a junkyard setup? Also is the 1g and the 2g both log style manifolds? My last question would be is this a good manifold from ebay.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...link:middle:us

I will be aplying this to the f22a1 motor. I also want to add the h23 intake manifold.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Both are logs, and yes, the 2g is supposed to flow better. Either way, it doesn't really matter. Getting one that won't crack is more important than getting one that flows better.

Cool cool. I am getting my 1g manifold off ebay pretty soon. I am not going to start this turbo project until i know what the hell i am doing. I have a good idea of how one works. Man i cant wait though until i hear that sound of the turbo spoil. One things that was not answer was should i use the a6 IM or would you guys think that a h23 IM would work better. One member told me that dyno test proved for him that the a6 flowed better for him.

The EVO 3 DSM manifold is the best flowing manifold to get, That manifold and the big 16g turbo is what most would prefer.

i think the evo3 is the best flowing stock dsm manifold to get. You can always get ported manifolds that outflow them, like the SBR
