Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Exhaust to loud ???

    ok so i got my apexi replica today and i had it put on ... but the guy found something wrong with my flex pipe and from there on was a leak ... so i had 2.5 inch pipe all the way to the muffler ... with is very loud and i was wondering does anyone have a loud exhaust on here besides me ... i have a silencer ... but it looks retarded in it ... any advice ... i mean this is one loud cb7 .... we have no emision laws in tennessee so i don't have a cat. converter ... mine was cloged and i didn't have enough money to get another one ??? anyone lol

      you are not the only one with a loud exhaust, I have a straight pipe on mine and since we have a law that requires a cat converted I have an empty cat in there with a 2 1/2'' pipe and yes it is prety loud. Even my friend has told me he had heard me almost a block away!

                      i'm thinking nail is going to suggest magnaflow 18 inchers which cost about 60 to 70 depending on your area or less if you can get a deal.

                          oh man, you'll probubly love that loud exhaust for about 6 months, then youll hate it (exept the performance). You can bareley talk to anyone in the car. Ladies dont really seen to like a car that loud on the inside. I didnt like the fact that with 2 alpine 12"s and 1600 watts you still hear that damn exhaust. Oh yeah, after say, 4 or5 times getting pulled over and you car getting torn up by asshold cop trying to find something, you may just wish you had just a little backpressure to keep things quiet.

                            im going to get resinaters... i have a thing that shuts it up ... but it makes a "tingy" sound ... and its no where near as loud but it makes it sounds ricy
