i guess you could do it, just splice them into the corners on your headlights, might mess up the circuit though and cause them to blink really fast

First people have talked about this. Main problem is the bulb itself melting the housing. You will need a dual filament bulb for it to be on/flash at the same time if you plan to splice into the corners and such...
