Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Need some help on swapping a JDM H22 94/96 accord into 90/93 Accord CB3

    Hi..
    This is my first post in here...its early in morning here so i will make it short for now..

    Need some info regarding swaping h22 into a f20a,
    theres a lot of info regarding h22 into f22a at cb7 tuner..n i know the us models have o2 sensor n egr system..
    Currently my f20a with no o2 sensor n egr system..also known as CB3 in Malaysia
    My question is..can i bypass those 2 item on the h22 while doing the swap..coz i will be doing the swap me self..

    Your F20A Carbureted? No you need the o2 for the h22a.

      Thanks bro for that link...I had that copied in my pc recently.

      So i have 2 use the O2 sensor For the H22a.
      What about the EGR system.?


      Details regarding my current F20a5.

      PGM-FI/manual trans
      Bypass throttle body coolant hose
      Bypass EACV coolant hose
      4-2-1 header warp.,custom stainless steel piping
      Medium light n balance stock flyweel
      Custom made coil overs..tuned for performance on track
      NGK iridium sparks plugs with advanced timing.
      Drop in K&N filter.

      Next project

      An accord or prelude H22a/manual trans swap
      Rear sway bay
      Grinded n balance camshaft, port & polish head, added washer for the valve springs and some adj cam pulleys.
      NGK blue plug wires
      Exedy Clucth,stage 2
      K&N cold air intake system
      Avfc Neo install n tuned.

        If you use a chipped ECU that doesn't look for the EGR, ie. P06, you wouldn't have to use the EGR.

        I don't use the EGR on my swap.

        As for the O2 sensor, you will need to use it.

            just swap all wiring from prelude into your CB3.....its same bro!!

              Hi..sorry for the late reply.

              I'am from Rawang bro..

              I was thinking of going for a BB1 H22a rather than SV4 accords H22a..so just swap the wirring from the prelude..ok..just wanted to know if i could just bypass the egr n o2 sensor...anyway i will just use them to make the swap easy n lucky i have a workshop to do the swap.

              There was recently a guy here did the swap with the prelude dashboard in the accord..took him almost 2 months to do it..

              If iam not mistaken u r the one with the wanted car pic..iam been following CB7 forums for the past 3 years n recently decided to register as a member..

              Its so cool to know that ur 4th gen accords are the most popular out there, with so many members n forums around.
