ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Bumper Removal continued :) i'm an idiot

once again i'm back! and still haven't removed my bumper yay!

    in reference to this http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthre...bumper+removal
is it the same screws/bolts to remove with a 91 accord ex. Also are there clips on the bottom like those !_!? When i broke my bumper it seemed like there was a clip on the side i broke but when i look up there i don't see anything like a hole or a place to clip except on the actual bumper part that broke off so can anyone clear this. Also with the bumper light removal, i cant really find the screw behind the bumper light to remove, is it close to the rubber circle thing right behind hte light !_! so confused and thx for the help

ok ill help you dissassemble the bumper and take out the battery.

92-93 bumper procedure. should be close to the 90-91.

First you need to clear some areas before removing the bumper.

Take the batter holder off and take off the terminals. remove the battery. than unscrew the plastic plate the battery stays on.

On the other side remove the cruise control thing. forget what its called. its right by the power steering pump. its 2 10mm bolts that hold it to the body.

ok with those 2 things removed. you will see a bolt with the thread comming from the front to inside the engine bay. unscrew those bolts. that losens up the bumper

now on each side of the bumper by the corners, inside the fender are bolts which connect the bumper to the fender. unscrew them.

now its time to take off the bumper turn signals. in the inner part of the signals (its black so you need to look closer, you will see little phillps screws. unscrew them and pull out the signal. starting from the left or right side, and pull out.

now behind then is 2 bolts on each side of the bumper, inside the bumper area. unscrew them and i think you need to unscrew the middle one.

finally crawl under the car and take out the clips that hold the bumper.

now its ready to take out, and to install reverse the procedure.

    good luck
