ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

check the ecu tuning sub forum under technical, if you dont want to buy all the tuning equipment there are some people on here that will burn you a chip. but then you will need to get it tuned right

Deciding on wether to get one from here already chipped or buying one and do the chip and burn myself. what do u guys think about Crome? Ohh, also would it be ok if I bought an auto ecu and switched it over to a manual when I do the 5 speed swap? I'm goin to have it dynoed tuned and so what numbers I get before I do the turbo setup. I'm in the process of getting a 14B turbo, 1G dsm 450 injectors, O2 housing and intercooler piping. I already have the manifold and intercooler. will post pics when i get everything done. here are a few

well i bought both the IM's from ppl on here and then had them degreased at my friend's transmission shop. I sanded, primered and coated them with a high temp paint. I think they turned out pretty nice. Since then I have sanded down the overspray and dremel sanded all the ports and runners.

                            its MRX, not mxcx.

I can chip and can also provide a map for your setup.

d112crzy is in WA, and MRX is in FL... so any tuning will have to be long distance, or something based on a similar setup. I had the luxury of having MRX fly in to tune someone else, and he did my ECU while he was here

There is a shop here in South Jersey that specializes in Hondas. They have a dyno, and one of the guys there actually helped write the Crome program. Last quote I had was $500 for a full dyno tune, no matter how long it takes. If you want to make the trek across PA to go there, it's about 20 minutes east of Philly... VERY easy to get to. The best way to tune is on a dyno, with someone who knows their stuff.
