ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

it could be the main relay for the fuel pump, try turning the key just two notches but don't try to start the car. Can you hear a rapid clicking sound?

Crisi, you're going to get a billion responses to this thread. However, ONE might be the answer yer looking for.
Info like what it does and doesn't do during your no start situation would really help. Dont be afraid to be specific.
Add things like: I turn the key to START and all it does it click. Maybe it turns over and over and doesnt catch. Maybe you can smell fuel after trying to stat but still no start. No start is usually one or two reasons--NO FUEL or NO SPARK. Cant have one without the other. So, check for spark. Then listen for your fuel pump when you turn the key on (u may need a helper).
If I were near you, I'd help you out. However, reality is I'm pretty far away.

      Good luck

If the motor is turning over the starter is eliminated. If you hear a click you can have a bad starter or just low voltage at the battery which isnt sending enough juice for the starter to turn the motor. Anyway sounds like you might have a main relay issue. Sometimes when weather gets hotter that unit decides to crap out. Its an easy fix. If you know how to use a solder gun just pull the relay and resolder ALL the points. After that reinstall it should help. But main things to check as mentioned are spark/fuel/and he forgot to mention compression.

Its under the dash. If you type main relay in the DIY section it should show you how to fix it. Its a brown lookin thing. If you have cruise control you might have to unbolt the module and move it to the side to get a better view of the relay.

are your rpms running above or below 500?
if below check your idle valve on the throttle body ...could be loose
