Exhaust Change
I have a dx cb7 and Im planning on buying an exhuast system from ebay, and I was looking at my header area and it has like a cord that gose to the header. under heat sheild. so what is that? do i need it?

yeah that's your 02 sensor, and yes you need that.

yeah on the header that is included, if you look closely, you'll see a bolt looking object on one of the "tubes" that's where the o2 sensor will go.
most of those aftermarket headers, downpipes are designed with an upper or lower o2 sensor installation point. the lower ones were meant for the F22A6's o2 sensor because it was placed in the downpipe.Comment
