yea i was thinking of re-building the motor ,its automatic right now but i got the 5 speed on the way after all that i wanted 2 bost it but i dunno

you might also try swapping in a h22, f22b, blah blah.


HOWEVER, i would LOVE to see someone build a f22. hint hint. haha.

Do some rebuilding in the head, like new a new camshaft/valvtrain, maybe even bore the block. depends on how much money you want to spend. Boost is not cheap or easy though, just remember that.

Even nitrous can get expensive if you use it a lot. Why dont you want to swap engines? A N/A h22 can put up some really nice #'s and it's more reliable than a boosted/nitrous f22 and the cost difference wont be all that much. Sure nitrous is cheap to begin with, but after a while it adds up, and you can boost an f22, but it will cost you the same, if not more than swapping. Just my 0.02

what you can also do is clean out your intake manifold i mean it wont give you HP but it will free up some thats what i did with my f22a6 and its alot faster than it was before
