ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Not bad. There are a lot of ways. Weight reduction is free and easy. Others require money. But I recommend if your going boost or anything to invest parts in that first you know what I mean. Also another thing people get intake header exhaust usually for the first mod. You could also lower the car but do it properly for a nice handling gain.

Like Nail05 said, Intake, Header, Exhaust is a good start, you could boost, swap in different engine, lots of possibilities here.
I will say the search feature helped me out ALOT when I first came in. You will learn alot. Trust me.3 CB's gone....

For the JDM look I would start with the headlights, taillights, bumper, intersection lights, check out the members ride thread and you will see a lot of cars with JDM parts. As for power there are a number of routes you can take. My advice is do a little research find out what you budget is and what you really wanna do first. By knowing what you want for the car in the future could save you from buying parts you dont really need...thats coming form experience. Enjoy the site

For a power adder depending on what you want, nitrous is always a route(50 shot). Then I'd go for a stated above cold air intake, headers, full catback, fuelrail, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, pulleys and a cam gear.A racing clutch and flywheel if you have a 5 sp.
This will hold you down without boosting or swaping. Just remember not to play with the big boys unless you swap or turbo your cb7.
As for looks I'd go with the 94-95 accord front lip over your stock lip,the diy black housing headlights. These are pretty cheap upgrades that can make a difference untill you know what you really want ie..(1 piece headlights, jdm bumper e.c.t)

Its best to go into the Members Ride thread and start figureing out what you like the looks of, start laying things out.
Is the car autobox or 5 speed?
I would personally start with just cleaning the car up best I could.
Then buy some good suspension (coilovers IE Tein SS, or a damper/spring combination IE Koni Cup Kit), and replace some oem brake parts (pads/rotors/lines) with performance parts. While your down there replace all of the bushings you can with either Energy Suspension polyurethane, or OEM Honda. Along with the suspension bits some nice wheels and tires would finish the job nicely.
For exterior things there are all sorts of choices, from one piece headlights, to just customising what you already have, its all up to what you think would look best for you.
Depending on if the car is autobox or not, I would consider a trans/engine swap. There are many roads to choose here !
Anyway, start off just finding your way around the site, you'll learn a lot if you want to !
