Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Sale,repair,blow away !!

    I'm confused, I paid my 91 ex-r 700$ 220 000 kms.

    And today now that winter is gone i'm lookin' at it and shit...i'm starting to hate it. It looks horrible, must change the two fenders, i've discovered a hole under the driverside floor,the motor seems to be burning oil,and my transmission is so so...

    I'm just so fu**ing confused. I don't know if it worth putting money in it... should I sell it !?!

    a 16 year old car will always have to have money put into it. the thing is. are you willing to do that?

    being that your on cb7tuner.com i would have to have a biased opinion and say yes.

    my dad is always preaching about your not going to get back the money you put into it so just keep it stock and drive it. but doing that i wouldnt be an import tuner. how many '93 or 94 Civics do you see at HIN or Nopi shows with like $20k dropped into them? the owners dont do it so they can sell it later on down the road. they do it b/c tuning is a hobby. but its up to you whether or not your going to get into the tuner culture and stick with all the ups and downs. if your going to always complain that you dont have enough money to put some $900 exhaust system on your car or have $1500 for that Turbonetics turbo kit on then leave your car stock and use it as a DD.

    before you can start tuning you have to fix the things that are wrong with your car 1st. you can pull up with a RHD civic, integra or accord and have the stock exhuast hanging off or the motor blowing black smoke. it would just be wrong.

    the main thing you have to ask your self... is it worth it to YOU? not anyone else. will YOU be satisfied with your plans after your car is done? will YOU liek the resaults?

    just my .02. lol. not a surmin. just a thought
