Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    so i swap from a h23 to a h22!!!!! The h23 had an external coil and the h22 has an internal 1.... did i need to swap the harness on the engine so it will work????? i only ask cuz i have no spark!!!!!! And my p13 has 4 plug holes and i only have 3 so 1 has nothing pluged into it... help!!!!!!!!!!!

    YOu coulda just swapped the h23 dizzy over and used it...And most likely you got an obd2 ecu which isnt letting your shit fire up. obd1 p13 has 3 plugs.

      thats what i was thinking about the ecu, but my three plugs fit with just leaving one open (with nothing plugged in) still think it is obd2

        If you did everything right in your motor I dunno what year you have you should have an obd1 motor which differs from the obd2. The wiring is completely different. So if you have an obd1 motor and running an obd2 ecu its not gonna work. The distributor/injector wiring and some other crap is different on obd2 h22a's. Find an obd1 p13. Yea it plugs in fine but doesnt mean its gonna work.

          if you had an external coil before, what you need to do is solder the black/yellow wire and the yellow wire on the connector that went to your external coil together this way you can get spark. also like the others stated if you have an ecu with four connector openings it is an OBD2 ecu you need to find an OBD1 P13
