Anyone know where I can find some "not so expensive" JDM BlackHoused Headlights or JDM Tailights...?

no.....there really isnt anywhere where you can go and get JDM stuff for a good price.

That shit tends to be pricey.

Your best prices will most likely be here or ebay.

There are also a shitload of websites for jdm stuff you can check but they get pricey!

Here in finland JDM headlights are on every cb that's on the road...

we would have to see a closer picture but the JDM tails have the chrome stripping around it if im not mistaken.

You know that just because your car was manufactured in Japan doesnt mean its parts are domestic to Japan right??

All SE's were produced in Japan but they come to the US with USDM parts..they are just assembled in Japan.... dont know why lol.

there's a difference in the reflectors, jdm-usdm. and that's about it. along with the chrome strip on some of them.


and the picture posted above? looks like something you'd see in the uk. EDM tails, i'd say.

so all in all, jdm tails look the exact same as usdm tails. except for a reflector or 2 inside of the tail. there is no big change in them what so ever.

jdm headlights, you'd better save up man. you won't find them cheap. like $250 tops is what i've seen them go for. but then, guys try to sell them for 300, and that's just an insane price for them. but yeah, any more questions, ask away.

Your best bet would be to look on ebay or in the site's classifieds.

JDM headlights that were available for our cb7s did not come blackhoused from the factory. Most members who have these, have either done a DIY black housing job on them or have bought them off of somebody else already blackhoused.

JDM tail light are very similar to the USDM ones. The only differences were that the reflector when viewed from the side was not present, and there were three narrow reflector strips as opposed to the two on the USDM tail lights. Also some had the chrome edge.

Yea as mentioned to the finland dude yours is an EDM tail light. As mentioned its different for the license plate deal. And JDM yea 3 reflectors and chrome housing is for 90-91. Thats bout it. Oh yea I saw a couple jdm headlamps on ebay. All are going tor 200 plus. There are some cheaper but still close if not 200 with shipping.

theres no such thing as jdm tails. you could buy the tailights from japan, but there excactly the same as usdm. just do blackhoused fronts and backs.

Wrong again. Look at the JDM one the only difference is the number of reflectors in the lights and such. Plus the chrome housing for the 90-91 tails. In the end its not really worth it for one more reflector and such but people with money get it anyway.

Just make your own. Its really not that hard, just follow the DIY instuctions. I did mine in about 6hrs and didnt even wait for the paint to cure over night and they turned out great
