OK here it goes not to long ago I lost my 90integra with freshly swaped jdmb16 and tons of mods and was forced to get back on the road with what I could find which was an accord with a beat to shit motor that i got from trading a psp
I have kind of just been sitting back reading fourms like crazy and now im going to lay it all My goal is to make this accord way faster then my integra was heres what im planing and this is just the begining of my plan so i need some help and lots of suggestions/pointers any help would be greatly appreciated!
So far I blew the stock a4 engine on my 1990 Accord ex on a friday and needed to get to work on monday so in went a f20 with a warenty and super low miles also a lighten flywheel and act stage1 clutch i did all the maintence on the engine
new belts, headgasket, tensioner, waterpump, rebuilt all sensors and cleaned them put battery in back, upgraded grounds, put intake on, tookout ac/ps all lines and wireing and put a full exhaust 2.75 all the way with a testpipe, wires, cap, rotor and better coil.
suspension:
I put all new bushings/adjustable balljoints-all around, rims, tires, filled mounts, tierod ends
I'm giving mustangs and allcivics in my area a good run for there money but i need a little more i still think my teg was faster so heres what im thinking!
I used to have a 1g dsm so i have all turbo stuff but turbo so i really want to turbo but i have to drive this car everyday so untill i learn a little more on tunning thats stuff is just hanging around in the garage ready to go so for right now I want to do a dohc head swap but here my problem I haven't been able to find any right ups on doing a h23(so i can maintaine the use of all my turbo stuff and header for now) on a jdmf20
is there differnces, will i need anything extra?
is it possible?
is it suggested /worth it?
is there a difference in obd?
after this head swap and a good look on tunning i would like to go turbo 8-10psi looks as if it can be done with a good tune on these motors
anywho there it is send me what you know or offer me parts to help me on my way
THANKS!!!!!!
I know this is a repost but now i can put it in the right section so here it is!
