Gonna buy an ecu

well this guy localy is selling a chiped p28 ecu and i need this for my turboed accord will this work? what questions do i need to ask, i mean, doesnt it have to be specifically chiped to my settings and such?

Chipped p28 ecu $140
Front mount intercooler $150
DSM 450cc injectors $60

this is all off of a '92 d16z6 civic.
would all of this stuff work, i know the injectors would mainly ecu? thanks guys

Well is the turbo installed? The p28 will work but you will need a good h22 baseline and work on that. It would be better if you can find a turbo h22 basemap that is going to be similar for your setup. If your still NA the p28 will work but find a basemap for an h22 which some people on ehre should have.

so i want a h22-t basemap for my f22-t

i ment the parts are off of a d16z6 or w/e engine for a civic, my engine is a f22 that is whats in the car

edit o yeah der, p28 is a vtec aplication ecu, well would it be doable if i just pluged the ecu in and went from there or would you guys just say save a lil more money and the a ecu from MRX for the correct aplication(p06)

Since you said p28 i thought you meant a VTEC motor so no. Buy a P06 and chip it with Uber or whatever program you prefer. Some parts will work but the manifold and such will not work. You will still need a basemap for an f22. IF you run the civic one you aint gonna be running right. You can get MRX to tune it for you and he will give you a pretty good basemap just gotta give him your setup.
