ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Gude head packages are like 500 or so arent they. You could piece up a turbo kit if you save up a bit more. But if you want anything powerwise that would be the easiest route. If you want to go all motor on the other hand you might want to check out Hondafan81's white and red projects.

you can do a cheap turbo kit from an old DSM eclipse/talon....
the manifold just has to be redrilled to fit out block.
the turbo bolts onto the manifold, you'd need a custom downpipe i believe.
you'd need custom intercooler piping and an intercooler.
the blue top injectors 450 CC i belive need little modification to fit in.
a chipped ECU and a decent tune will have you up and running, and thats cheap
think 500-1000 for that maybe

It can still be clean and be turboed so I am not seeing how that is a reason not to turbo...that is unless you were purposely looking for a reason. As was mentioned above, your cheapest route for power, which I am assuming is what you are looking for, is a DSM turbo setup. They are constantly popping up on the boards for sale. At one point I think there was one for like $600 with pretty much everything you needed. You can spend money on the n/a route but it will not give you the same power figures as F/I.
Now on the other hand if you want to go N/A, the potential is there but it can also potentially cost you since power is addicting. Hondafan has 2 N/A projects so you might want to check those out for ideas of that nature."This is a jaded bunch. To gain notice, you have to challenge conventional wisdom, test assumptions, and ignore the naysayers."

Just go to your local engine rebuilders and get them to rebuild your motor to OEM spec...you'll be surprised how much power your engine was missing. Plus is will be that much smoother and that much quieter.
just a thought. All this will cost you around 700CAD or 500USD...of course depending on where u live.

If you go turbo you will also need a chipped p06 so you can tune it.
