I'm so fustrated now. I brought a JDM H22a from a shop in NY called Jetco by shea Stadium and the ppl there are full of Sh!t, they told me the motor had a one yr warranty when i brought it. First off the dude cracked the Valve cover takin off the truck, also the distributor was messed up and the other day i was about to put it in my car to find out that tensioner for the timing belt is broken and leans right on to the water pump. I went back to where i brought the motor and the guy is telling me that the motor only comes with "a 3 day warranty"! If your in NY beware of Jetco, i dont know what to do

do you have proof that they said 1 year warranty? if so. go file a complaint. take their ass to court. dun worry. it tend to never go that far. once u tell them u got proof of 1 year warranty they will replace ur parts or your engine. that's why it's important to have every paper and receipt kept. and proof of 1 year warranty. u dont got it. ur fuck. all u have is to bluff. -
but i tell ya. i was lookin at h22a engine on ebay and search the nearest location. i found h22a one in 5 miles from mi casa. for 950. with e verything without tranmission. so i'ma go check it out and pay extra for them to install it. so if any stupid shit like that happen i'ma see it. cuz i'ma turn the car on and i'ma tell him i want HIM to take the car for a test drive with me in the passenger side. the car shut off or makin any funny business or anything i'm not takin the car back or giving him the money till it's fix. bitch dont fix it i'ma sue their muthafuckin ass out. any damage to my paint or anything they better fix it. i'm the pickiest muthafucker out. so the last thing they gon want from me is a problem. cuz i work hard for my moneyComment

well. this guy who is sellin it for 950 own a SHOP. he buy japans engine and import them here. i'm going to seeeee this shop and i'ma know it's legal or not. so i could just win the bid on ebay for 950. and tell him i'll buy it and i want it install in the car. they give me a price. i'll give them half down. and let them do the work. (there's the contract) i'm going to their shop also for installation. got all the receipt and ebay receipt. so no funny business. my aunt is a lawyer so i dun pay for lawyers anyways. not even for my speeding ticket. so no worries eh? =) but of course. i cant do this too much underwise she gonna start chargin me lol.Comment

I bought from Jetco b4 didnt have a problem. But seriously its a gamble when your dealing with these importers. I also bought from Ranja at Shea Stadium. I had a problem with a motor b/c it had to much sand and wouldnt start. They had their guy swing by and look at it. Then they got me another motor the next day.
